I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and offered excellent value for money. Its location is fantastic, being close to Lee Garden Night Market and right in the center of Hat Yai town, making it convenient for exploring the area. Cons: The hotel did not provide 3-in-1 coffee or tea sachets in the room. While hot water and drinks were available, they had to be taken from the station near the lobby lift, which was slightly inconvenient. Overall, it was still a great stay, and I would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and budget-friendly option.”

Standard rooms have no fridge & bottled water but it's ok, lots cheap food & drinks available from shops outside the hotel. Upgraded to superior rooms with fridge & bottled water the first time we were here. Tq v m. Plus points : 1)there are connecting rooms, good for families 2)there's a small car park at the basement, on first come first served basis.
